The olive cultivars in our land are: Ogliarola Garganica for the great majority, Peranzana and Coratina. Ours, it 's an organic extravirgin olive oil very special as it is very balanced, therefore matches well with any kind of food becoming a worthy enhancer of flavor and never cover them. Nose shows a hint of green, of medium intensity with hints of green almond and artichoke. The taste is perceived by the scent of the artichoke, the input is bitter with a pleasant spicy notes. Good balance by smell / taste and good persistence and complexity. The acidity is equal to 0.15% showing that it is produced only by healthy olives harvested at the right time, that is when most of the olives starts from green to red and black stretch. It is therefore an organic extravirgin olive oil belonging to the category of medium fruity that represents the right seasoning to any dish, ideal for feeding children and pregnant women.
